Welcome to the holding page for the second phase of the West of Chichester development led by Miller Homes and Vistry Group.

Please check back here between the 1st April and the 21^st April when further information will be available for you to view in relation to the detailed plans for phase 2. There will also then be an opportunity for you to provide feedback.

We will also be hosting an in-person exhibition open to the public showcasing the proposals at the Chichester Baptist Hall (124 Sherborne Rd, Chichester PO19 3AW) on the 1^st April between the times of 1400 and 2000.

The second phase of the West Chichester development will include:

• 850 homes with a mix of types and sizes, including 30% affordable housing
• Employment provision to support the local economy
• A new Northern Country Park for recreation and nature
• Extended community facilities and a primary school
• New playing pitches for sports and activities
• Provision of the Southern Access Road to improve connectivity

The above requirements for phase 2 have been established by the outline permission for which was granted by Chichester District Council in July last year.

The detailed ‘reserved matters’ applications will finalise the design, layout, housing mix, and construction materials. This development aims to provide a vibrant and sustainable community in the Chichester locality.

The upcoming consultation will provide more details on the ‘reserved matters’ and there will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the detailed proposals.
